Objective: To identify nationally recognized and respected academic honor societies that fit the DDP student profile. Contact these societies and introduce DDP students so that they will consider readily including DDP as prospective members.

Organized: This committee began meeting during Summer 2003

Mission Statement (DRAFT)

To seek recognition for DDP students demonstrating academic excellence and provide participation in highly regarded scholastic societies.

Distance Degree Programs students are:

  • Committed to academic excellence within distance learning formats
  • Interested in participating in academic honor societies

Are you interested in joining an ASWSU-DDP Committee? Please fill out the Committee Request Form.

To request funds from the ASWSU-DDP student government please fill out the Request for Funds form and submit. The DDP Student Government members will vote on your request in their next senate meeting and you will be informed if the funds have been approved.
