Statement:
My name is Amy Bray. I live in Southwest, Washington with my husband and our son. I cannot be more thrilled about the opportunity to serve my fellow students as an active member in Student Government. I am a full time student majoring in Social Sciences with concentration in Psychology and double minor in Human Resources/Personnel and Management Information Systems, with which I plan to pursue a career in Human Resources. I am also a stay-at-home mom, which I love every minute of!
I have lived in Washington State my whole life, growing up in Toledo, Washington. My senior year of high school, I opted to take advantage of the Running Start program and attended Centralia College for two quarters. Upon graduating high school, I moved to Lacey for a year, then relocated to Spokane where I attended Spokane Community College for another two quarters. Not having had experienced the "harsher" weather that Spokane has during the winter before, I chose to move after just a year in Spokane Valley. I applied to several universities, but disregarded any other acceptance letters once I received admissions to my first choice, Washington State University.
I have had the privilege of serving in many different positions for ASWSU DDP Student Government and am looking forward serving the student body in my final academic year.
