Statement:
Hello! My name is Crystal Darling. I am an Escrow Manager and Limited Practice Officer at a title company here in Spokane, Washington. I have been working in the escrow field since 1991 and love it. I also have three great teenagers - all girls, ages 14, 16, and 17. They are great kids and I really get a kick out of hanging out with them.
I am completing my degree in Business Management and Operations so that I can move up in my field. I graduated with honors (Phi Theta Kappa) from SFCC last spring with my A.A. direct transfer degree, and should graduate in 2009 with my Bachelor's Degree.
I don't have much time for hobbies when I am in school, but when we are on break I like to play my violin, cello, and piano. I also LOVE to read, which is probably why I like school so much - there is just something magical about opening up a brand new book.
I wanted to get involved in student government because I didn't want to have a passive college experience. I wanted to make a contribution to WSU and what better way than student government? I am looking forward to serving as a Senator of the ASWSUDDP and am excited to meet and work with fellow DDP students.
